The bell has been chipped away from two sides into a wedge shape, so that none of the bottom surface is preserved but the top of an empolion cutting survives. Besides the cutting into a wedge, the volutes are broken and all parts chipped. Preserved height is nearly full height. The acanthus pattern on the abacus differs on the front and side faces. Workmanship not bad. Heavy drill-work in all details. Pentelic marble. Pentelic marble. Cf. A 1587 (Π 712) and A 1588 (Π 713).
