Broken below, on side, and much chipped.
A little of the projecting leaves of the lower part is preserved, and much of two rows of slender leaves above, the lower series veined to resemble palm-leaves, running right round the capital. In the upper, taller series, pairs of palm-leaves alternate with a large plain pointed leaf at the corners of the capital.
