Original back and right side preserved; broken at left; bottom hacked off, and projecting face neatly sliced off. At right end relieving surface. On the soffit, the back part of one mutule with a part of the via at both side, and a row of small guttae preserved. Above, a cyma reversa, with clear remains of painted leaf and dart pattern on it.
From a small monument, probably a grave monument.
