Complete save minor chips. Broken in antiquity and mended with four lead clamps. A long, curving tile, two of which, set on end with their tops touching, form a sort of pointed arch. (Photograph and sketch in notebook of tiles in this series in situ.)
Incised in wet clay on one long edge, the letters Δ Δ Η.
Several other tiles of same series which were removed at the same time as this (left on dig, reburied in N.W. room of mud-brick building) have the following letters: Ζ Α Α, Β Α [ ], [ ] Η Μ, [ ] [ ] Γ.
