Right end of back part of a Parthenon frieze block. Saw-marks ("Lusieri surfaces") on front of fragment. Back rough-picked except for a rough anathyrosis along top edge. End rough-picked. Bottom smooth and without cuttings.
In top, part of a T-clamp cutting with center of stem 0.38m. from back of block and part of a dowel cutting beginning 0.575m. from end of block and centered 0.375m. from back. This cutting intersected by break.
The sawn-off block was hollowed for use as a well coping. About half the circle of the opening appears on the present fragment. Edges worn and corners chipped.
