Large rectangular architectural block seemingly half preserved and belonging to a square anta capital. Whole bottom surface preserved, most of the top and three adjacent sides. Abacus broken on the smaller sides.
Low relief decoration on all preserved sides. Larger side with two vertical rising Ionic volutes flaring to left and right from a single stem. Between them, rising in the center, an anthemion. Between volutes and stem a bell-shaped flower with swirled central post. Volutes with v-shaped groove in center of scrolls. On sides, remnant of the same pattern: one volute preserved and part of anthemion at broken edge. No flower.
On top, abacus with convex moulding below fillet. Top flat with tool marks. Bottom rough-picked.
