Heavy vertical handle with projections at the top to fit along the rim of the pot; also a diagonal projection upwards at the center in the shape of the end of a finger or thumb.
Traces of a leaf and berry pattern in low relief on the outer face of the handle. Below, forming a sort of medallion at the lower attachment, an eagle standing, with wings half spread and head turned to his left.
His claws rest on his prey, deer, which lies upside down and with head hanging.
