Fragment of a triangular bladed arrowhead. Corroded, preserves part of the hollow, conical shaft which is broken at the tip and the base. One blade is preserved as a low ridge; the bases of the other two blades are only faintly discernible. Cf. B 1919.

placed in a lidded polystyrene box within a cut-out made in the top layer of 2 layers of Ethafoam with two other arrowheads, con. no. 1276 and 1281. The Ethafoam layers were adhered with HMG (cellulose nitrate) adhesive. The objects are covered with another layer of Ethafoam which is lifted by a handle to protect them from displacement during transport and handling. Can be viewed in the Ethafoam support, wear gloves if removed from Ethafoam during handling. Is delicate and should be handled as little as possible.
